terms.
The agreement between you and Hocus when you use it. Short on purpose.

Using Hocus
Hocus turns views of your 3D models into photoreal renders. You need a Google account and an invite to use it. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian agree to these terms for you.
Keep your account to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under it.
Your work
Upload only views you have the right to use. Your uploads and renders are private unless you choose to share them.
You keep the rights you have in what you upload. You give Hocus permission to store and process it only to make your renders and run the service. If you share a render to the community or your profile, you also let people see it, its name, your name and the settings used, and reuse those settings with credit.
Renders are made by AI and can contain mistakes. Check a render before you rely on it, for example in a client presentation or a planning document.
Renders and plans
Each plan includes a number of renders a month. They reset monthly. Extra renders we give you don't expire. A render that fails is given back automatically.
Until online payment is ready, paid plans are arranged by email. Prices are shown on the pricing page and can change; we'll tell you before a change affects you.
What's not allowed
Don't upload anything illegal, hateful, sexual, or that you don't have the right to use. Don't try to break, overload or copy the service, or get around render limits. The community guidelines apply to anything you share.
We can remove content or close an account that breaks these terms. We'll tell you why when we can.
The service
We're building Hocus in the open and it will change. We aim to keep it running well, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, our responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last three months.
Leaving
You can stop using Hocus at any time. To delete your account and your files, email us and we'll do it.
Changes and law
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app first. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
